Frequently asked questions

FAQ: So how long does this take?

A: It depends a lot on where you're starting from, and how persistent you are.

With the Your-Skin Cone alone, you should notice a gradual improvement in sensitivity within a month if you keep covered 24/7.  You should take "before" pictures.  Every few months, try taking a jog without the cone.  If you just can't stand the irritation of your glans banging around in your briefs, you'll know you've made great progress.

For restoring slack skin with the TLC Tugger, the results are harder to predict.  Your expectations and goals may shift during the process.  A major milestone will be the first time your skin stays rolled forward over the corona by itself for more than a few seconds.  It can take from 6 to 18 months to reach that.  Getting to where you can walk around with your skin rolled forward and expect it stay there - covering at least half your glans - can take 1 to 3 years.  Many tuggers realize the slack skin is adding so much to their pleasure that they just don't want to stop until they could fool a urologist into thinking they're intact.  Some guys won't declare themselves done until 6 years or longer.

I added about an inch of slack per year using the TLC Tugger with comfortable tension as close to 24/7 as I could manage.  I wore the Your-Skin Cone to keep my skin forward over the glans every non-tugging minute (except for bathing, urination, and intimacy).

The benefits begin the day you start, and just keep getting better.
